What is the return policy?
Because our products are handcrafted and made for personal use, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all Curve by Nawen products are final sale. This includes oils, butters, scrubs, and herbal body products.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days as products are made in small batches.
Shipping times vary by location:
U.S. orders: typically 3–5 business days after shipment
International orders: delivery times vary by country. Canada about 10 business days and Europe about 20 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Curve by Nawen products are handmade in small batches using carefully selected botanical and herbal ingredients.

Shipping costs for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout.
For any order below $75 Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
